8700 dry means 9000 with propane and battery. Could be close to 11,000 loaded. That requires 1300 pounds of tongue weight minimum, 1500 would be more stable but you do not have the suspension for that much tongue weight.
More tongue weight will help, more truck is needed to carry it. Towing at the absolute limit does not always work.
