Thanks for the links. The lift system on my camper uses four independent actuators that look exactly like those described in the Rieco-Titan brochure, with the exception of the wall control switch. I called Rieco-Titan who were not able to tell me whether they built the lifts for Travel Lite but I suspect they did at one point. In the truck camper magazine, Travel Lite VP says they partnered with an industry leader, so chances are my lift was manufactured by Rieco-Titan. The flex drive costs less than $10 so I just ordered it. Hopefully, it will work.

...only to find out, after removing two side panels behind some cabinetry to access the hidden actuators, that one of them had a tiny little faded sticker that said "Smith Richards" who, after contacting them, are indeed the manufacturer of my camper's lift system...

Odds are pretty good that they didn't reinvent the wheel. For example, my popup uses a "Heco" lift system even though it was built by Palomino.

I finally got a hold of Travel Lite, it took quite some time to get a response. Unfortunately, they were of no help since they discontinued their popup line a few years ago and do not provide any part, support, or assistance for their former popup line. They passed the puck to another company, Camper and Recreation Inc. which was also of no help as they only deal with manual lift systems.

So I am back to square one and still looking for a solution. Any lead will be greatly appreciated.

Great, thank you for the quick reply. I had read this article some time ago before getting my camper, but that part had not really registered. I bought it used and the tool was not included, so I will continue pestering Travel Lite to get it. Cheers.
