Just a quick comment about the bunkhouse. We have 2 daughters, now aged 10 and 7. We purchased a bunkhouse TT that had the quad bunks in the back, master in front with living, dining and bath in between. It had a superslide in the living, which was great, but if the weather was bad, we were all crammed in the living room on the sofa and some at the dinette.
If the girls wanted or needed some quiet time away from the family, they had to get in their bed. There was no place for them to get away and do crafts, paint, write, color, etc. There was about 18" between the bunks and so 18" of floor space, about 5 ft long.
We started looking at different floorplans and ended up trading for a front bunk fifth wheel. It is fabulous. There is still a limited amount of room, but they do have 2 bunks on the left, one bunk straight ahead with a couch underneath that makes a full size bed. There is at least a 5 X 5' floor for them to use for their activities. It keeps me from having to watch Disney movies in the living room on those days/nights when the outside weather is not conducive to outdoor activities.
