Truck Bed Racks...

Not specifically an RVing question. It looks like I may need something to haul long objects like ladders, etc. I'm interested in a fairly light weight, easy to install/remove bed rack. Definitely not interested in drilling holes or otherwise modifying my mostly new truck. Any suggestions?

    My particular need at the moment is an aluminum ladder that collapses down to around 22'. I think a light weight one will work too and I'm currently leaning toward this Erickson Brand rack. It looks like it should be simple to install and remove, only weighs around 50 lbs, and should store in a pretty compact manner too.

    How big are the ladders? I wouldn't put a 32' fiberglass ladder, for example, on a "fairly lightweight" rack.
