Interesting comment. I recently purchased from them, and the purchase went well. Service not quite as smooth.
Maybe they changed. Back @ 2014 they quoted an out the door price in an email on a straight cash offer, no trade. Told them I would accept it and would be there the next morning. Drove 100 miles down there the next day cash in hand, and the out the door price kinda grew a little to the tune of $3,500.00. Some manager said the email offer from the salesperson was "not binding", so take it or leave it. I left it.
