I have heard so many different opinions. Some say they leave their TT,s in their yard on the grass, some park on wood, gravel, concrete. What do you park your RV,TT,MH on? I leave mine on a crush-r-run (stone and stone dust) pad.

Really doesn't matter what they sit on. They come off every 4 years anyway

I park my Catalina on the driveway, which is the same material as the street. My little camper is in the "grass", though the grass has since turned to dirt.

All my trailers sit in a shed on treated 2"x 8" on 1 1/2"crusher run. All of my non RV and RV trailers have P or LT tires. IMO the most important is keep them out of the sun and pumped to the max sidewall pressure as recommended for long term storage.

Is this a survey? We park on gravel.

gravel pad. for longer storage, the wheels are on some treated 3/4" plywood. pumped tires to max, got some wheel covers as well.

Over the winter I drive my TT onto 2 x 12s. It keeps the wheels from settling into the ground. Pump them up and let them sit.

Mine gets parked on dirt/ gravel just like every vehicle I have. Works for me for over 40 years.

I have four different trailers that sit on various surfaces....concrete, grass, dirt, gravel. I have not seen any evidence of any difference in any of them over the years, other than the ones on dirt are.....dirty, where they touch the ground. I dunno though, maybe there is "something" going on with some of them that I just can't see.
I don't worry about it. They are all LT tires, I make sure they are inflated correctly.....hook up and go.
