Nice, it held. It may stay good, or some movement may cause another short. Hope for the former, hate chasing electrical gremlins.

True story, but maybe 1 of 10 times it's "something else" that caused it and replacing the blown fuse works.
I generally replace 1 fuse and if it blows then go looking for the short.

Problem is solved.

It was the fuse of the right trailer stop/turn lamp...

Thanks again for all the help, should have known better to check this at first (kind of embarrassing, but my knowledge on cars is growing... :D )

The trucks lights are on a different circuits than the trucks trailer plug.
Meaning trucks lights functioning is not indication of trailer light plug functioning
(or vise versa).

As mentioned, all the lights on the truck are working, with the camper plugged in or not. The only light that is not working is the left turn light on the camper (on the truck, it works).

I assume OP '1 wire' was referring to campers umbilical cord that plugs into truck.

Though brake working not sure but also assume truck issue as wire in camper (if using single 2 filament bulb) both signal and brake are on same wire.
Unlikely as tail and brake work- remote possibility is bad taillight ground.

He's just being obtuse because the OP didn't say "1 cable" or "1 wire loom".

What do I mean by "all that stuff"?
How about There is only one wire/connection from the truck to the camper, which connects all electrical stuff (charging the house battery of the camper, tail lights etc.)?
Work or not, it must be wired?
