uConnect 5.0 bluetooth?
I've upgraded in vehicles and downgraded in radios. Last truck had the uConnect 8.4AN, new truck has the uConnect 5.0. I'm wondering if anyone's found a way to stop the radio from turning on XM eve...

That's what mine does.
Except I can't find an OFF setting, just mute.
And mute always unmutes when turned off/on.
There's probably a reason why it can't be turned off. It's much more than just a radio. If it could be turned off, I would bet people would complain about not receiving their phone calls in the truck and why their backup camera display didn't work. If you don't want sound turn the volume all the way down and everything else will still work as it should. I don't see the problem.
