I just purchased a Host Cascade and have it on a 2019 Ram 3500 long bed DRW. The Cascade has an option for a King bed and recliners. From the research I did, I think a SRW can handle the Cascade weight, but it is a tall camper with a basement, and sits about 12 feet high from the ground to top of AC. It catches a good amount of wind and I am thankful I went with a DRW. I tried to avoid it, but todays campers are just massive. I even considered a truck camper designed for a short bed to put on my long bed truck. I understand that most people don't want to spend the money for a new DRW truck as well as a camper, but I think MORE truck is always better. And since we plan to have this rig to use during our retirement in 6 or 7 years, I went ahead and upgraded for the future.
