Updraded from the Tundra , loved the Tundra never had a single issue with it, but it was 7yrs old and i was at the limit or a bit over even on the payload. I hope the new Ram will serve me as well. The reviews of the Ram 6.4 on here helped push me over and pull the trigger on this, it tows my 7500lb trailer great , the truck does not even squat, sits about a foot taller than the tundra and still fits in the garage(barely) , also like all the bells and whistles it came with , its a loaded laramie with 3152 of payload, more than double the Tundra's. New A.R.E Z series cap already on order. Now i got to change my signature.

Congratulations!Nice looking truck, and it certainly will be a great TV for you. The bells and whistles aren't necessary but they sure are nice to have.

You did the same thing I just did, from Tundra to Ram, for the same reasons. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I am.

So far I've had five trips back to the dealer for repairs in the first 6 months of ownership. Everything from a rusting chrome bumper (common apparently), failed power mirror, loose seat trim (repeatedly), to driveline noises. Kind of regretting my decision while waiting for the transmission to be replaced this time. Reading the Ram forums doesn't instill confidence either. Hopefully it gets better from here on and you have better luck.

Congrats. Sure are a lot of new RAMs showing their face around here. :)

The ARE top will be a nice addition. I have one on mine for when I am not towing my 5er. I wish I would have got the Z series - love the way they look!

That looks like a nice match up to the trailer you own. Are those the trailer towing mirrors, the chrome reflection is throwing me off. If not, see if the dealer will give you a deal on a swap.

Congrats. I just picked up my new Ram so I can understand both your excitement and the bit about barely fitting in your garage. Mine actually fits fine once it's in, but it's incredibly tight on height going through the door. I nearly went 6.4, and I'm sure you'll love it - most owners seem to.

awesome looking truck! You will love the 6.4L. Like the guy above it always puts a smile on my face. Hookup the trailer, push tow/haul, put it in drive, and have fun! Don't forget to load it up! You've got plenty of payload now!

Oh and if you're like me...a big 5er will be calling your name soon...and your truck will handle it like a champ!
