A little help please. It has been a while since
I owned a Coleman Bayside pop-up....

Our friends are looking carefully at a 2009 TrailManor
M-3124KS...

Listed asking price (prior to negotiation) $13K. Looks
clean, well cared for. What type of "typical" issues
should he investigate prior to starting the purchase
negotiations ?

Any advice I can share is appreciated.

He owns the appropriate vehicle for towing.
