Found a 1979 31 ft AS for $7000..
Yep, floor is roached out..
Exterior is in rough shape..
Thats hundreds of hrs in buffing and you hope there is no other leaks..
I wouldn't pay $700 for it.. But there are lots of folks who will pay the full asking price.
