I tried a needle-nose plier, a regular plier and neither would do the job. Is there a special tool for this task or do you have a very small hand available to help out? I use a piece of flexible clear tubing just big enough to be a snug fit around the valve stem cap. I simply push the tube onto the cap and unscrew it, and vice versa when putting it back on. Works a treat.
