We have a 2013 Viewfinder 28BHSS. We camp in it about every other weekend and it has been great so far. The only negative I can come up with is that the water pump can't pick up the last 8-10 gallons of water out of the tank. I need to drop the underbelly and re-run the pickup line to a Tee in the drain line. I'm sure this problem isn't exclusive to Cruiser RV.
So far I've added 2 flat screens for the rear bunks, swapped in a larger main Tv, added some electrical outlets where needed, put in an auxiliary 30 gal. water tank, changed out the junk Jensen antenna with a Jack and few other little mods here and there. My brother liked our camper so much, he just went out and bought the Radiance 28BHSS (looks exactly like my Viewfinder, except it says Radiance on it). He hasn't had any issues with his so far either.
I'm pulling mine with a 2012 F150 Ecoboost and he's pulling his with a 2012 GMC Sierra. Both trucks pull this trailer with no problem.
