Wanted 24 ft with queen bed

My wife and I would like to buy a 22- 26foot long tt with a walk around bed. These things seem to be very scarce in 2004 and older models (cant afford new)? Any suggestions? We were hoping to find a nice little Jayco, but again, scarce!
  • We had 3 different campers through the 1990s and early 2000s, all different brands, all under 30', and all with walk around queen beds. I too am wondering why this would be difficult to find.
  • 2002 Komfort 21T ( purchased new ) has a walk around queen bed .
Has pressurized struts and the 50 gallon water tank is under the front of the bed . Four 18 gallon rubbermaid totes fit perfectly under the rest of the bed .
    actual overall length is 23' 8" .
Hanging closets each side of the bed in front.
Nightstand with drawer just under the 55" tall closets .
Well made trailer without all the hype of Arctic Fox faithful .
  • I just purchased a 2001 Dutchmen sport 25f with walk around queen bed in front. I love the lay-out, it has plenty of space for two.
  • Our 2004 entry-level Fleetwood Pioneer 19T4 has a walk-around queen bed. I wasn't aware that they were very hard to find.

  • We have a 2009 Puma 25RS, lots of cabinet space, walk around bed in the front with a couch in the rear.
  • From my experience I'd also say very hard to find.I found a 1997 Jayco 24 FB Hawk that sat in pole barn. As close to perfect as you could expect for the age. It was top dollar but it had no water damage. Everything I had looked at had water damage. Dont compromise and think you will fix "just a little leak". Keep looking til you find one. They are out there. Have the money ready, look at them as soon as they are listed and get there quick. Most will be dogs but thats how it is.
  • I have a Jayflight 24RKS.. it is actually 28 feet from ball to bumper, but a nice little trailer for a couple or single person and tons of storage. Mine is a 2011, but I think they made that model for several years. Just checked.. the same floorplan was called a 25RKS in 2007...
  • I don't understand how we could help you. Are you willing to cross the country for a used trailer?
  • Search and look at Kodiak 200QB and or Aerolite 195QB.

In your length range, walk around queen, open floor-plan (no half walls making is closed off feeling), lots of cabinets, hard-walled shower, no slide issues or maintenance, good setup for two!

Weight Range before loading --estimate 4,000lbs, good length to get in most to all spots, easy to pull, etc.....

Good options and I have been thrilled with ours.

Not sure on the used market, what's out there in your area.

    Check RVTrader.com for options.

    Good Luck,
