I doubt you will find comfortable shower in 2000lb camper.
If you find newer 2000 lb camper at all.
"More is better" made it to RV industry years ago and even pop-up campers weight more than that.
But I've been surprised with modern technology more than once, so everything is possible.
From my experience carrying fresh water is easy.
Carrying gray water in tank placed under rear bumper can do really do a trick to your truck.
I had 200-300lb of gray water in my big camper and dually start to do heavy propurlsoning.
So I am more into tent-cabin with solar shower bag idea.Obviously not for winter.
Good luck figuring it all out.
