Water damage issue

I have a 2002 fiberglass exterior Aerostar M-26H travel trailer. About 5 years ago I had flooring replaced in front of the door due to water damage. At the time, they said they checked all compartments, cabinets, roof, walls, ceiling etc and could not find where the water is coming from. It appears to be migrating under the linoleum and settling in that area.
I had it looked at by another RV place and he said he thought it was water penetrating the seam where the floor meets the walls. The entire trailer has a skirting that makes it difficult to see that seam but, putting my hand under there, I can feel some type of tape wrapped around that edge that has become brittle and is peeling back. He also said that the skirting was not sealed with caulking which allowed water to go between the skirting and the trailer body and seep into that seam. Made sense. Sooooo, he charged me a lot of money to do the caulking (which I could have done myself) and called it good.
However, once again, I have soft flooring but now the wood is dry in front of the door (I think they replaced the flooring over wet wood and it decayed anyway) but slight dampness more towards the center of the trailer. Also soft in front of the sink in the bathroom at the back of the trailer.
I've always took good care of the roof and it is in good shape. I re-caulk every few years. I check and repair all windows and seams caulking before the end of the season and it is stored inside in the winter.
I've never had water inside the trailer. The compartments are dry after rain. My walls and ceilings are great with no stains or softness. I can only think that the water really is coming in at the floor level from the outside and migrating to lowest points. But how do I find the place the water is coming in? There is never any water inside the cabin, just seeping under linoleum I guess. I love my trailer and want to stop the leak and make necessary repairs. I've never seen another Aerostar of this design and don't know who I could call that would know the physical structure of the trailer well enough to have an opinion. Aerostar got replaced with Dutchman and something else. Would it help to call Dutchman?
Very long story, not so short. Help! (I have pictures but don't know how to attach them.)Thanks in advance for any help.

Get a dealer to do a pressure test on the RV. Or as an alternative some on here have used blowers and other devices to do it themselves.
