wfco 8945 power center

Hey there,

I have a 2008 Cougar TT with a WFCO 8945 power center.
Can someone tell me what gauge wire hot wire runs from the power center to the battery?. My trailer is 200 miles away & I think the cable may have shorted on the frame.

I'm not too sure if it's the 45 or 55 amp version or does it not matter?

    WFCO won't know how the factory wired your converter but it should be 6awg or better for that current rating.

    Per the WFCO web site it's a 45 amp converter.

    Can't advise on wire gauge, but you could use the "Contact Us" link in the above web page to ask the folks at WFCO.
