1. Nimbleness - on a "tour" of the fun spots in Portland OR (following my daughter in her car), there were many places we could NOT have gone with a more conventional RV (our TC is a popup)
2. Allowed on length-restricted highways and National Parks
3. Fun camping sites, including some pretty rustic ones
4. Good mpgs, everything considered
5. Fits in our storage barn with 10' doors
Granted, we had all those advantages with our converted Transit van, except that it didn't have a kitchen, and with Covid, I wanted to be more self-contained. For $3300, I have what I need and it's probably not depreciating near as much as the Transit did....LOL!
