Dicor offers both self-leveling and regular caulk. Just applied the regular Dicor around the indicator lights on the front of my TT yesterday. - CampingN_C_ExplorerAnother vote for RV Proflex. Dicor is self leveling and better suited for roof applications.
- old_guyExplorerif you use dicor be sure you buy the non leveling type for the walls. leveling type will just run down the out side wall and not do you any good for a good seal.
- beemerphile1ExplorerThe correct fix is to remove it and use butyl tape under the flange area. It can be done without disconnecting the plumbing.
- kearlmsExplorerRV ProFlex is also a good caulk to use.
- donn0128Explorer IICarefully take it off the wall. Clean everything thoroughly. Apply a bead of butyl putty tape, and remount to the wall. Once it is secured, apply a bead of Dicor to the top and two sides. No more chances of leaks for at least 10 years.
