I'd go get my trailer. Did the water work when you bought it?

If I HAVE to take my trailer somewhere for a repair that is beyond my capability ,I have found a shop that does only RV repair. No Sales. It is owned by a couple who have been in business for 40 years. They now have a grandson as an apprentice in their shop so eventually he will take over the business.
If you can find a reputable shop that does service only(no sales) you will be a much happier camper. Their reputation is earned by doing prompt, quality work the first time .
But first of all use the internet to learn all you can about doing any repairs yourself.

Going on 3 months waiting for a replacement window screen. One of them was ripped when we took possession of the TT, which - though last year's model - is brand new. Apparently the manufacturer just isn't getting around to shipping it. Duct tape'll do for a while, I guess.

I avoid taking our RV's in unless it's a recall. I am very happy doing all the fixing myself. May not work for you but I know I'm not alone...
