On my trailer cable TV and the roof antenna share the same cable going to the same connection plate above the dinette with the antenna power booster then to a second plate in the bedroom.
The satellite cable is run separately with its own input connection on the trailer running to its own wall plate above the dinette with two connections on it like the one with the orange jumper cable in your trailer. There is a satellite cable running from the second connection on the wall plate to the wall plate for the satellite input in the bedroom. This jumper makes the cable one run and is used when placing the satellite receiver in the bedroom.
If I want the satellite receiver above the dinette I remove the jumper, connect the satellite receiver to the incoming cable, then I can connect the satellite receiver coax output to the second connection on the wall plate to send the satellite signal to a TV in the bedroom for connection to the television coax input.
