What’s it REALLY worth?

My dad is getting out of RVing for health reasons. He has sold his travel trailer, and thinks he might want to sell his truck as well. I don’t believe he should, because he can’t replace it for what he’d get out of selling it... thus, this question:

What is a clean 2001 Silverado 2500 HD, 2WD, 8.1, Allison transmission, extended cab, loaded (except leather), with 95,XXX miles, worth?

Manley, there may be more reasons for him to want to, he may want smaller and easier for him to handle, fuel cost, climbing in and out can even get difficult.
He could well see a Colorado as more fitting of his needs, especially if he isnt towing anymore.

It sounds like he does not want to replace it ,that would not be a valid reason !
