- parcanyExplorerI like the Aluminum ones better. The fiberglass one we have now the grey in it have faded really bad. Been working on it for 2 weeks. The corrugated ones are so easy to keep clean just by washing and waxing, no faded paint.
- ScottGNomad35+ years of owning both. I will never go back to aluminum corrugated siding.
- Grit_dogNavigatorAluminum is cheaper and can’t rot or delaminate. Fiberglass/filon looks better. That’s about it.
- NamMedevac_70Explorer III am certainly glad I had a fiber glass TT for the many years of RVing and camping in the hot Texas, Nevada sun and thru out the west. Never any serious issues with the TT in summer or winter conditions. Also easy to wash and wax with sponge mops. Cheers from the big casino.
- opnspacesNavigator IIReally this question is akin to which is better Ford or Chevy. Both types have positives and negatives. What are some things you think you would be most concerned with.
- Full body painted fibreglass is better.
- ktmrfsExplorer IIwhat's important to you? Need to define "better"
