Even unibodys have frame rails! No not the heavy steel separate fame body type, but the 2" reciver hitch bolts to it just fine! The Ridgeline has a 5,000# tow rating and will do all of that and more! Brake controller would be an add on, but likely prewired.
Turning, now looking at the pin location that could be an issue, especially with the upward sloping bed rails.
