I had a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x2. It was a great running truck except an electrical gremlin. The instrument cluster (EVIC) would go out at totally random times. Then as fast as it would blink out it would restart. It did not effect the running on the running of the truck. It would happen on smooth roads, bumpy roads, sitting still in a parking lot, 70 on the interstate....didn't matter.
After the 13th time it had been to its third stealership and conversating with "Dana" at Ram Customer Care, I traded for a 2016 Ford F-250 Lariat. Not one problem with the Ford.
