Why is it so hard to find a good used Suburban 2500

We owned a k2500 Burb from 2003 until 2015. When we sold our TT the person buying it also wanted the Burb, but we werent done with it. Actually we planned to keep it but eventually wanted a fiver. We found a great deal on a f250 quad cab short bed and placed the burb up for sale. the same person who bought our TT years earlier, saw it, called up and bought it! So our orignal Burb plus TT have been reunited.
