I don't think it has anything to do with the make of the truck but more with the amount of gray matter in the truck owners head. I have a real problem with people putting things in the back of a truck unsecured. When I bought my second camper the "TECH" and I am using the term loosely, told me I could drive down the road without the camper falling out because "it is to heavy to fall out" ! I secure EVERYTHING that goes in the back of my truck and will not drive a truck that has something in the back that is not secured. Just look at the side of any major hiway.......OK I won't rant any more on this subject.
