Will this rds tank fit in front of the fifth wheel?

I am not a hot shotter, use the truck to pull rv, pontoon boat and utility trailer.

Tank is 59" L x 31" W x 22" H

59" will fit across truck bed side to side
22" should be at bed height

31".....that is how it will extend from front wall of bed towards the rear of truck

So measure from front wall back 31"

Does it fit between hitch and front wall of truck bed???

My fully enclosed gen box does and I use a standard rail hitch that is installed 2" forward of rear axle center line

Ahh ok. Maybe this will help. Stop by an office supply store, or an appliance store and get a huge cardboard box, like one that a filing cabinet or refrigerator came in.

Cut it down to match the dimensions of the tank. Then you can do a test fit, and if it hits anything, no damage since it's just paper.

2018 Dodge? Didn't know they were building trucks again.

What does close mean? Either it will fit or not. What does the installer say? Have you gone there with your truck and trailer so they can measure?
