Winch bumper and weight

I plan on putting a winch bumper on my Ram 2500. I trying to decide between a steel bumber (350 lbs with winch) or aluminum (260 lbs with winch). I will normally run the truck with a pop up truck camper and am thinking the additional 100 lbs might help balance the truck out.

Appreciate any thoughts, thanks

Good choice, bumpers are supposed to be steel. 😄

Thanks, I ended up going with a steel Buckstop

100lbs more on the front of that truck will make no noticeable difference at all.

I keep going back in forth between a steel Buckstop, aluminum Buckstop or Aluminess. I would prefer the steel, but is it going to cause handing issues and wear? Or am I being overly concerned it is only 100 pound difference and my front axel is rated at 6000 lbs.
