Palomino Maverick - Good? Problems? 1st TC. Advice welcome.

It's a good camper for the price. My first truck was a 2006 f-250 ( added air bags and sway bar) it ran good. I now put it on a 2011 gmc 3500. I think the trick with a truck camper is winter storage and to keep it out of heavy snow and ice. I took it out west and up the coast of New England and places I should not have taken it.
