Check the bottom of the door frames and make sure they have weep holes drilled in them. If they have weep holes on top of the door frame caulk them and drill new ones in the bottom. Im talking about the door's frame itself (swing outs), not the frame screwed to the camper. I had an AF with the same problem and found that water was filling up inside the door frame and draining into the storage compartments. Don't know if this is your issue but hope it helps.
