Twisted off two bolts from my air bag bracket where it bolts through the frame when I was tightening them back down. Off to the hardware store to get some fresh hardware :).

I started to take peel back the siding on my TC to fix the lovely 1x2 construction, I think I just opened pandora's box!:E

I've got some fun ahead of me!

This is what happens when you buy a TC that has not been taken care of! Oh, the original framing has nails, not screws in it (crazy!)

Forked out $672.12 for a new custom exhaust to replace the worn out factory exhaust on the truck.

Once I get it back, it'll be out onto the driveway to replace the damaged bellows on the driver's side, then back north to finish trip preparations.

Washed the camper wednesday, next it'll be time to dismount the driver's side rear jack and relube it so that it doesn't bind up when lifting, then load the camper, after washing the truck and finishing the fender repairs.

Touch up any damaged paint, attach the new rear generator basket and install the generator, load the bikes,.... damn I have a long laundry list of stuff to get done by monday! 😛

Joe you better tighten up " time draweth nigh" :B

Tell me about it... ;). I will be rejoicing the moment I start rolling interstate under my tires :).

Installed my new all aluminum radiator for the engine, the new all aluminum Long Tru-Cool Max 45,000 BTU transmission cooler, and my Derale deep transmission pan and pickup extension, along with the temp sensor for the new temp gauge (To be installed).

Still need to get some more transmission fluid, 2.5 gallons in and we're still not up to the cold mark yet on the dip stick, and I need to take the truck over to the exhaust shop to have the exhaust redone, hacked a section of the driver's side down pipe out to accommodate the new transmission pan :).

Once the exhaust is done, I've just gotta swap the driver's side air bellows on the suspension and fix up the fender cosmetically and the truck side of the equation will be ready to roll :).
