All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Forest River ProductsHad Forest River Sunseeker for 2 years, traded it off this summer. We did not like the interior trim at all. Many sharp edges in doors, etc. Drawer hardware was very inferior, broke several and could not find replacements. Cabinet drop down doors dropped to head/ eye level and were accidents in waiting to happen.. Overall, poor interior quality. TomRe: Sunseeker 3170dsHad a 3170 for 2 years, traded it off this summer..No, it does not have adjustable pedals.. TomRe: MPG for class B modelsThanks for all of the replies. We are only looking at diesel class B units for the higher mpg ratings. Looks like 18-20 is typical, sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on terrain and heavy foot. And what about the diesel in the mountains? I have heard engine braking on downslopes is not good. Is this accurate?MPG for class B modelsWe are considering moving to a class B (van type, not C type) from our present 32 ft Class C. MPG is a major consideration. We have looked throughout the internet on MPG ratings for any class B vehicles and have not been able to find any discussion on this topic. So....what are the MPG figures for some of you Class B rv'ers? We want to hear what actual owners have experienced, not salesman projections. Thanks in advance. Tom and Jo from MissouriRe: TC travels, 2014 TR, Pg 904, 2015 TR pg 964Sleepy - you say you avoid CG's and Wal Marts. So, where are you staying for next to nothing??
