You did not say what dates you are traveling. All 210 west bound lane are closed till this coming Tuesday for bridge work at the 605 and 210. I believe starting August 26 and ending August 30,the east bound lanes are shut down from 605 freeway to Irwindale Road. California will charge you all kinds of fees. If tags are due you may have to pay that. Smog check needed, you will have to have that done. They will definitely charge you sell tax. If you want to save money stay away from Pilot/Flying J, and the other large truck stops. Thier prices are 30 to 50 cents a gallon hiher than the station across the street or next off ramp. bgum The question was about diesel prices and how it affects travel plans not gasoline. Gasoline prices are going up too, which will hurt just as much. I think you better downsize again.
