The first year we stayed at a campground about 30 miles away and took their shuttle. Last year we decided to stay right at the festival in the dry camping section. The weather is very unpredictable and staying at the festival gives one the luxury of simply looking out the window and deciding whether you want to walk over, or not. Staying in a remote campground also has the BIG disadvantage of dealing with the horrible traffic congestion trying to get into the park at 430-5AM. In my mind, staying at the festival is the only way to go - peace of mind. We are heading down again this year and will stay in the dry camping section.Re: Sprinters...good or bad??I have a new one and absolutely love it. Have had zero problems in 10,000 miles of driving and many Mercedes dealers are servicing them now. I just had mine serviced at the local Mercedes dealer for $160.
