Charleston, OR (Coos Bay) and Newport, OR... if you're ever out this way hit me up. Ocean fishing and crabbing is the best.Re: The new setup... BurbMan wrote: Sweet setup! Where do launch the boat to fish? Yes, superhitch. I installed the receiver and the camper anchors myself this last summer with the help of a friend. The receiver is very heavy. I've only had the truck a year, and have been camping I think three times already. Really enjoying this setup. I had a superhitch on my old 2001 chevy 3/4 ton, and also my 2009 chevy dually I traded off for this one. Can't say enough good about the product except they are very found of their prices! The new setup...Last year I bought a 2019 Chevy One ton Dually, to pair with my 2008 1181 Lance. And just bought the boat. Getting excited for ocean fishing next year!!! Click For Full-Size Image.Posting PicsThis topic has been moved to another forum. Seems to have done the job nicely. camper is solid as heck, and not going anywhere. Now to get it covered this week.Re: Supporting camper with cinder blocks??I got it supported. Thanks for the advice, gentlemen. I appreciate it.Re: Supporting camper with cinder blocks?? specta wrote: That's what I store mine on and just let the jack down until they barely touch the ground. Not so sure I'd want my jacks supporting the camper all thru the winter. Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about right there...Supporting camper with cinder blocks??For my 2008 Lance 1181, is it appropriate to store the camper on cinder blocks on all four corners, with a 2x8 across the blocks, so the bottom of the camper is supported?
