It ended up being the electronic moister ejector valve on the bottom of the air tank (2 wires going to it). I had to replace it. If possible, crawl under the RV and listen by that valve on the air tank.Re: real world mileage, diesel vs gas5.9 Cummins 300hp stock and I never cruise over 65mph . Average over the past 65,000 miles is 8.4 towing a 3,200 pound boat and trailer. Not towing the average is 9.5 mpg and I reach the 10's if I have a good tailwind.Re: Casino Queen RV Park, East St.Louis ???We stayed there one night on the way through the area so that we could tour the Arch. I really liked the convenience and would definitely stay there again. We stayed in the newer section (no grass) that has paved sites with gravel between them. They were much larger sites and I would stay in that section again. We felt very safe in the park and it is patrolled by the casino security. You can take the casino shuttle to the entrance of the subway train. That will take you across the river bridge to the Arch. We did not have a tow vehicle with us and found the shuttle/subway to work very well. I also enjoyed being able to go over to the casino for a while that evening. I personally had no issues finding the place and thought it was fairly easy in and out. I do tend to review satellite images of places before I go so I can get acquainted with the area and roads.Re: Scangauge used on a DPI use the Scangauge D in my Neptune and it works great. Fits nicely on the dash with the suction cup mount and wire running down the side of the dash to the data port. The port is under the dash on the left side of the steering column. There are two data port, one in the engine bay and one under the dash.Re: How young were you when you bought your first DP?I was 34 and still have it now at 45. It was our second class A and first Diesel. Put almost 70,000 miles on it and loved every minute of it. Will probably start looking for our 2nd DP in a few years.Re: Roadmaster RR4R suspension upgradeNot sure if you are due for tires soon or not, but my R4R began riding significantly better once I installed Koni shocks and increased the tire size from the stock 255's to a 275/70/22.5 "H" rated tire. This also allowed me to run tire pressures around 95psi. The ride improved enough with those two changes that I would probably not consider the REK at the price they want for it. I am happy with the ride as it is now. I did have the source trailing arms put on a few years ago.Re: New RadiatorI went from the original Aluminum radiator that began leaking at the core seams after about 4 years old. Could not be rebuilt/fixed so replaced with a copper/steel one custome made to fit perfectly. Now if I ever have problems it has a chance of being rebuilt. I noticed absolutely no difference is cooling ability while traveling up mountains and in high heat areas.Re: Best RV Cover???My first cover was a "Classic Cover" I got from JC Whitney for about half the price of the Adco. It ripped at corners and fixturs and only lasted two winters. I got the ADCO Tyvek from Camping World and this winter will be my 7th winter with it. Starting to show it's age now but held up extremely well and worth the extra I paid.Re: Upgrading Front TVLike a previous poster mentioned, when I made the change I took a tape measure and shopped by size as I has very specific cabinet modifications in mind. Based on dimentions and control buttons being on the front, I ended up with the 32 inch Samsung LED. I have been using it for over 2 years now and works great!Re: Love Hate relationshipWell I am assuming that the tow alone was a good portion of your bill. Although in the past 10 years I have had a few larger than I would have liked expenses (radiator, trailing arms, and turbo), I still have a "love love" relationship with the RV. I love it and I believe she loves me. It has taken us all over this great country over the past 10 years and never broke down and never left us stranded. Never had to cancel a camping trip or change our plans in 10 years and 65,000 miles. We have been very lucky and love our motorhome!!!!
