The hooks on the safety chains do not fit the locations on the hitch. The angle / diameter of the holes prevents the chain hooks from fitting. I've had to purchase 2 12" wire straps with D-rings to connect the chains to the hitch. Does anyone else have this issue? Is this a design change for 2015. I didnt have this issue with my 2011 Silverado. Thanks
