I would try another trailer first before i started digging into the wiring... if you have access to a bumper pull trailer with electric brakes, it might help you troubleshoot a bad Trailer Brake Controller (TBC) too.Re: 6 point leveling???? It isn't perfect. I'd like to invent a shim system to dial in the stove so my skillets won't drool to one side. Haha......if hubby notices it is off or should say feels off he goes out and starts playing with it till we agree it's "level" to our standards. Mostly that consists of which way does the water flow and fridge doors swing. Lol You may need to reset the "Zero Point Calibration" if you have the LCI Level-Up system.Re: Will SXS fit in GarageWith the Fast Track Patio System on my 2016 Fuzion 325 I lose 6" so the garage is only 10' 6" and the 2016 RZR XP 1000 is 9' 11" with 29" tires so it should fit with 7" to spare but sorry I don't have any first hand experience on this. My buddy was able to turn his front wheels to the side and gain a inch or two to fit his 2016 RZR XP 4 1000 in his trailer that could be an option if it's tight.Re: Post your tow vehicle pics here Cummins12V98 wrote: Looks like your new truck handles the load MUCH better. AZZ low towing a TT is NOT safe. Cummins12V98 Yep I had to put a set of Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs to get it to sit right but after that it towed the bumper pull better that the new truck.Re: Post your tow vehicle pics here B-rad Lee wrote: B-rad Lee wrote: B-rad Lee wrote: New Truck Re: Trailer Lift Blocks TucsonJim wrote: Not a toy hauler, but I added blocks to my FW. I needed a little more clearance between the top of the oversized tires I put on and the fender well. In addition, I put 1/2" taller blocks on the kitchen side (heavier) to level the rig up. Here's a pick. I purchased them from: Trailer Blocks Jim Thanks for the picture that's the same place I'm looking at getting the blocks from... Did they include the U bolts or did you have to buy them separately?Trailer Lift BlocksHi I have a 2016 Fuzion 325 that is sitting a little nose high. I would like to add load leveling air bag on my 2011 Ford F350 which would push the the nose of the trailer higher so I am look at adding 2.5 lift blocks and want to see anyone has installed lift blocks on their toy hauler. I have 7.5" of clearance between the trailer and the bed rails. I could drop my hitch down by 1" but I would like keep the 7.5" of clearance. FYI... Fuzion's comes from the factory with the axes flipped.Re: Pics of the new Fuzion stro1965 wrote: B-rad Lee wrote: stro1965 wrote: Congrats B-rad Lee! Mine is currently in the shop getting some minor stuff repaired under warranty (to be expected I guess). I'll have to wait for a new gas tank fuel gauge and a new universal remote to be ordered from Keystone though. One of the things I had them check was the black tank gauge. I couldn't get it off "full" no matter how long I rinsed. Turns out it was wired backwards (?) and full actually meant empty! Another issue I found was the garage heat strip not working, wasn't wired correctly from the factory, and the sound bar wouldn't work with the TV. Again, not wired properly from the factory. Little stuff though. Definitely 1st World problems! Hi stro1965, Did you get your garage heat strip working yet? I tried ours and I don't think it's working either. Yes, it works now. It wasn't correctly wired from the factory. That said, it helps but I wouldn't count on it in a blizzard! Kinda weak but better than nothing. Hi stro1965, do you know if it was wired wrong at the thermostat or at the AC unit.Re: Pics of the new Fuzion stro1965 wrote: B-rad Lee wrote: stro1965 wrote: Congrats B-rad Lee! That's about what I'm looking for in a truck to replace my current TV. Is it a long-bed? I'm looking forward to putting an aux tank in the bed to increase my range to 1000+ miles so I can fuel up when I want instead of letting my fuel stops dictate my trip's pace. What kind of mpg and range are you getting while towing? Yes it is a long bed and I am getting 9.5 to 11 MPG towing but we do a lot towing up to the Sierra. Very good. Towing over 1000 miles down to Death Valley & back, including 50/89/88 passes & the 9% grade over 190 into Panamint Springs, which had me down to ~25-30mph dragging about 9500lbs of trailer, I hand-calculated an average of 7 MPG for the whole trip. Even the small difference in MPG at these low numbers would make a noticeable difference in cost, but the ~800 lb/ft of torque would make pulling my trailer over the passes a breeze. What kind of speed can you maintain on the steepest grades you've driven pulling your loaded trailer? Sorry to hijack the thread a bit, but I appreciate the info. We had no trouble maintaining speed going up 88 or 89 heading to Zephyr Cove in Lake Tahoe... Cruises easily at 55.
