My hope is the water damage didn't destroy the plywood and I could reseal it and live happily ever after.Newbiehybrid purchase / seal adviceMy parents camped my who,e life but I am buying my first camper ( 45ys old , I took some time off). I put a deposit on a 20ft aerolite cub. 2007, clean and will fit in backyard. Smells slightly musty and I found some evidence water leak along bottom of the the front end cap ( not sure term, the forward bed). Canvas was slightly damp but in ok shape (no mildew). Camper is priced well ( I think) at 4K OTD. . On,y other issue. I noticed is the valve for the sewer is located right behind the driver side aft wheel is very low. f I found a photo on th web and another one looked about same but hard to tell as photo wasn't the best. Forgot my my $250 deposit or seals are t a big deal to replace and dry/ air it out and camp away happily?
