I have no leaks. The bottle on the curb side works just fine. I have tried switching the different items and all works fine as long as one is using the curb side partsRe: no lightsgot it fixed'''''bad connection with the cordRe: no lightsthanks guys I have all the colors matched up per those references still no lights. here is the thing. I have 3 red wires . one red from the truck,,,one from the 5vr and third not sure from where....little confusing...where do i put the third...right now it is connected to the black . all the rest are matched up by matching colors. Then another confusing part is that one of the blue wires has a black wire attached to it,no lightsBought a new FLWX AIR HITCH and found out too late that I didn't need to disconnect wires. I did think to keep track of what wire went where and the BARGMAN junction box was labeled by color. I have spent hours trying to get lights to work. Also the yellow wire has only one lead? Also the blue wire has a black wire attached to it, Only on one side. All connections have 13volts, All those things might be part of the problem. There is one red spot labeled and I have 3 red wires. But I have one thicker than the others and it is connected with a black wire. This has to be simple but it is too simple for me. Anyone help???Oldie but goody???I am considering the purchase of an Alpenlite. I am concerned that I won't be able to get parts . Also that it will break down as it is old, I am deciding between it and a Grand Design. I have had 11 different RV's and have always had on. I am anxious o hear from all but especially the owners of the oldies.Long tripsOn long trips do you wish you were driving or pulling a different rv than what you have. If so what would it be? Or do you have just the right rv for traveling up to 4000 miles over 4 to 6 weeks. This summer we would like to take a trip from Utah over to the Atlantic seaboard. We have a 30 foot 5vr weighing about 15000 pounds.Re: Long Road tripWhy?Long Road tripWe are going on a long road trip this spring and summer...about 4 to 6 weeks. DO you wish that you were driving a motorhome ?comfortable ride in an one ton dually??We are the new owners of a Cedar Creek 33 ft and pulling it with a 2001 Dodge Dually Diesel. She weighs in wet at 15,000 lbs. I have gotten good advise here about this issue of comfort and have done a few things like air ride seats and I am now replacing the shocks with the best out there I have been told. My wife needs a better ride. Not sure of what to do next. There is Kelderman for about 2k. I have tried a new one ton and did not notice much difference. I am wondering if this is just something one deals with. I mean learns to tolerate. Maybe better off with a class a or maybe get the same suspension put on my truck?reliabiltyWe just about bought a Grand Design and first did some research on quality and found that it is not just GD with issues but most of the 5vrs. Unless one buys the oldie but goodie around 2009 and earlier. Then we looked at pushers and found that they have all the goodies most of the time. But my number one issue is having a trouble free vacation. I am beginning to realize I will be dealing with breakdowns regardless of the make. Seems to me that to get reliable rvs I might be better off getting a pusher. We had a pusher for 2 years and have had all the other types also. Those two years with an older pusher were trouble free and the guy that bought it is having the same experience. If we got one we would be looking at 2005 probably and older...budget 50k Your thoughts??
