You do have to follow all the instructions in the manual for towing. JaimeRe: Best Route Houston to BransonI am just going by what I had been told that it was better to go up the flat land and then cut across. My direct route would be to Texarkana and Littlerock up to Branson. I just wanted to get recommendations from the group. I like planning my route ahead of time. Thanks, JaimeBest Route Houston to BransonWe plan to travel from Houston, Tx to Branson, Mo the first week of May. What is the best route to stay out of the mountains? Thanks JaimeRe: Brake Buddy "Stealth " toad brakeI have the brake buddy stealth on both my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado 4x4 and 2013 Honda CRV. Have had it for over six months and it has worked great. We just finished a 1,700 mile round trip to Perry, Georgia for the FMCA Rally pulling the CRV and did not have any problems. Basically you just hook it up and go. JaimeRe: How fast do you drive your rig?I normally set the cruise control at 62 and try to stay around that speed when not on cruise control. My Chevrolet Equinox which I tow is not suppose to be towed over 65 mph. JaimeRe: Flying J RV IslandsThis was the first time I have seen this sign. It is not really telling you a specific amount but rather than it could be from 5 to 20% mixture.Flying J RV IslandsI fueled up this morning at the Flying J on Richey Road in Houston, Tx. On the regular pump it had a label that the methanol could be a mixture of from 5 to 20 percent. On my F53 it states you can only use E10. You cannot use E20 or E85. I just tried calling them but ended up getting disconnected before I could get an answer. Does anybody know anything about this? It seems like if this is true they will be losing all their gasoline customers. Thanks, JaimeRe: New to class A's, I THINK I want one, but...?I have a 37' and can seat 6 with seat belts but my miles per gallon are mostly between 5 and 6.Re: Generator on for Ac while travelingWe always run our generator. We have both the a/c and the television for the passengers to watch via satellite.Re: Time for a new GPSI upgraded from the Good Sams Rand McNally 7725 to the 7735. The first one I received I had problems with the keyboard. I called Camping World and they sent me a new one. This one worked fine. I like it because I can go online change the route to what I want and then download it to the gps. The others do not really offer this feature. When you do the route online you can change to satellite mode and make sure you are going to the right location. My other gps have taken me to wrong locations in the past. It also has good junctions views. That was the main reason I did not like the 7725. Did not really tell you what lane you should be in. This new one has worked great.
