I searched and searched and could not find a replacement valve. A generous member of this forum sent me the valve out of an oven that he had replaced. You'll probably just need to buy a new oven unless you can find an old oven to harvest one from.Re: Dingy towingIf you know how to select a proper gear for the grade, overheating should not be a problem if you are not exceeding the GCVWR (gross combined vehicle weight rating). I've towed my 4Runner over 12,000 foot passes with my '03 Winnie. Mine is 24' so I have a lot more of the GCVWR that isn't consumed by the motor home gross weight. You need to weigh the motor home and the jeep then do some simple math to see where you are.Re: Best weatherproof MPPT solar charge controllerThe controller isn't going to be 100% efficient and it will dissipate some amount of heat. You don't want to put it in a sealed box and cook it. 2oldman just gave a good hint. You can probably put it near the converter and have it indoors. Just taking a quick look on the internet, I do see a few built on an F550 chassis.
