I'm bringing my boards next time! We will survive the weekend.Re: Sleeping on dinette, cushions slippingSo true - we do whatever it takes for our son to go camping with us.Re: Sleeping on dinette, cushions slippingMattress cover and fitted sheet keeps the cushions together for our son who slleps on the table bed.Re: Tents at RV SitesTexas state parks allow a tent. The sites are large enough to not inconvenience your neighbors. We put the boys in the tent and the adults in the trailer. It worked out great.Re: New Aliner Expedition - WoohooEnjoy the journey of making it yours and building the memories!Re: Mickey Mouse Post LampGreat work!Re: Help me get unspoiled?Sounds like counseling I hear. You know what you want and how you created your current situation. We stay in a KOA cabin with 2 dogs when we don't want to pull our TT. Seems like a truck and TT or a RV with a toad to drive between the 2 destnations would reduce your vehicles. What is your true goal? Write down what you like about your current situation and make sure those elements are in your decision. Let us know what you decide!Re: Jack knife sofaMe either. It use to be one of my favorite spots to sleep!Re: Do I need a charge line to my Toad? What's your rush?Re: battery charging & solar panelWe take our battery in to be charged before we camp once a year. We have an electric hitch and if we use it when the battery is low ~ charging the battery using the truck, we may blow a fuse. Not worth it. We also unhook the battery when we aren't camping and the battery pretty much stays charged when we camp every 4 weeks. We use shore line when we camp ~ state parks mostly. Enjoy learning your trailer. It's half the fun!
