we dont use a tri-pod any more & less to bring with. it may take some expermenting and research. cooking with dutch oven using hot coals from wood/charcoal. so simple and recipes are numerous or make something up on your own. try it that is the fun of cooking.

have you thought of something like the nu-wave oven? This is what we use as it is portable, use it inside or outside and gives you some flexibilty it cooking.

Having a regular cab truck, A super cab would be nice & CC would be nicer for storage. Traveling and Camping over time, we take along only what we actually use. Wonder, Is a garage ever big enough once you start putting things in it?

Drained and winterized all water lines and drains..cleaned up the inside and outside, added some insulation hoping to get some "cooler" weather camping in before real winter sets in
