New 5th wheel purchase
We have found a new 5th wheel that we like and want to purchase. After we discussed numbers we were told how horrible the dealer is to work with. Some people are saying that isn't a huge deal. Said we can buy it, if good deal, then be done with them and use our local dealer for repairs if and when we need them. The local dealer isn't an authorized dealer so we would have to get warranty work approved through manufacturer. No sure haven't but ill check it out. Went to Evergreens FB page and seeing alot of people having problems with the exterior of them fading. We are about to buy our first 5th wheel and dont know where to start.how the tow vehicle weight rating works or not much else for that matter. Do you have to weigh them? Should I leave the slides out while not in use? I just want to do all the right things if im going to spend all of this money on a 5th wheel. Thanks for your time. Ditto to both of your post. LOVE the Road Warrior 390 but unfortunately it is triple axle. I'm hearing horror stories of triple axle trailers. I found a one wheel trailer you can hook to back of the 5th wheel for golf cart. Its called fast master swivel wheel. Just worried DOT would mess with us. Triple tow isnt legal in Florida but was told that isnt considered triple tow because its only one wheel???????109Views0likes0Comments
