wall sag is a toyhauler issue. No interior perpendicular walls to support the cabinets and heavy fiberglass siding. Lippert only puts so many frame out riggers to support the walls and usually between the wheel wells the sagging is the worst. everything coming loose due to rougher roads taken to get to trails, have to stay on top of al the little things.452Views0likes0Commentsneed a little help in finding and choosing an rv park
i am doing some research before i decide to make the trip and have some questions. I might have an opportunity to work out of state and want to be ready if everything works out this way. I would be staying for 6-12 months with the flight home to see the wife and kiddo every month. i have a 36' fifth wheel toyhauler, just me no animals. i usually dry camp and only been to a park once a few years ago. how do you find rv parks in the area a want to be in? google search rv parks in a certain town? any other publications to look at? what kind of questions should i ask when i call parks? size of space, electric included, cellular service, cable, internet avalible????? what should i do or check on my trailer to be ready for fulltime hook ups?6.6KViews0likes21CommentsRe: 2008 Dodge Ram Wanders
the dodge front end is notorious for slop. between tie rod ends, steering box, trac bar ends and the trac bar bolt holes in the frame all of that adds up and you get wonder. best is to upgrade to the 08 and newer steering,add a steering box brace, and go with a Thuren tracbar with bigger bolts.763Views0likes0CommentsRe: 1995 weekend warrior 43 ft owners
thats an old trailer. i bought an 03 WW 3505SLC a couple years ago and love it. Roof is your biggest issue, check it and double check it for any leaks. sagging walls are always issues with toyhaulers too. It shows up when you bounce on the rear of the trailer and look to see if the cabinets pull away from the wall.
