I've replaced all of the incandescent lights in my trailer with LEDs and to be honest, I can't tell the difference in the quality of light. They have gotten really good at emulating the incandescent light, and you will notice the power savings on your batteries if you boondock or dry camp. This site has some great options and the linked page is for the 921 replacements the OP was talking about. If you like creole, this recipe for Sausage Creole from the Dutch Oven Dude is my favorite and a big hit with family and friends. Easy to make over the campfire. I generally use half Kielbasa and half Louisiana Hot Links for the sausage. Oh...and some fresh jalapenos really make it! Check out this video from the Airstream website. They use a Porsche Cayenne in a towing test on a controlled course. Be patient.
