Pull up haylett rv on YouTube. He does a lot of reviews with the slides in and out so you get a good perspective.

Do the easiest thing first. Check the wire going into the breaker. Make sure it's tight. Also, make sure you are disconnected from shore power before doing this. Safety first.

While my daughter was going to the University of Delaware, we used to stay at lums pond state campground in Bear Delaware. No water or sewer, and a few electrical sites.
